Constantly acting silly; using foul language; not carrying out a Leader’s instructions, not taking care of materials and equipment:
- Reprimand by the Section Leader
- Failure to respond, suspension pending a meeting between the Group Scout Leader and parents
- Reinstatement
- Failure to respond, expulsion from the group
Fighting, bullying, vandalising materials, equipment or property.
- Reprimand by the Section Leader
- Failure to respond: suspension by the Section Leader pending a meeting between Section Leader, Group Scout Leader and parents
- Reinstatement with written guidelines
- Failure to respond, expulsion from the group
Proven violation of the law of the country in which an offence has occurred.
- Suspension from the activity or section pending further meetings and investigations dependant on the severity of the offence
- Failure to respond: expulsion from the group
If any of the above types of behaviour occur whilst attending any activity and a reprimand has been given by the leader, the following action will be taken:
- The parents will be contacted and asked that the child be removed from the activity, any costs involved would have to be met by the family
- The Group Scout Leader will be contacted prior to Informing the parents
